Randy and Tim helped us out. We needed some new batteries on our trip from Indianapolis to Bend, OR. Not only did they get us the batteries, when we needed a new connection made they drove us down to the local Napa and got us back. Nice looking, good floor plan, good chassis drive train

What I liked most: Fllor plan and roominess
What I'd improve: Quality in build is TERRIBLE. Washing machine not hooked up, dinette seat is loose, day nite shade fron windshield fell while driving, ripples in paint, full wall slide quit within one month, sevond time it quit had to have technician come to campsite to retract, dinette slide needs to be re synced every use. Had the 2017 entry level Thor Palazzo prior and it was twice the coach of tnis 3401 Aria just not as roomy. This Aria was built by the 3 stooges7 years ago | John A. from Yuma, AZ
