Randy and Tim helped us out. We needed some new batteries on our trip from Indianapolis to Bend, OR. Not only did they get us the batteries, when we needed a new connection made they drove us down to the local Napa and got us back. What I liked most: Entertainment center looks great with its rounded edges and two glass cabinets up top and two glass two cabinets below. The booth in this one looks a bit larger like it can hold an extra person or two. The bunk beds are comfy and have storage nearby.
