The 260 Mini Loft model offers a cozy yet spacious retreat perfect for both short and long stays! The upper loft features a king-size bed with a built-in entertainment area, shelving, a shirt closet, and a fireplace for added comfort. On the main level, the living area includes a tri-fold sleeper sofa, a 12V ceiling fan, and a 50" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an L-shaped bar top with stools, a residential-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer combo, and plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage.

The full bathroom provides a spacious layout with linen and storage shelving for all your essentials.

Additional features include 50 AMP service, solid surface countertops, a 5,100 BTU color-changing fireplace, a patio door, and washer/dryer prep for added convenience.
