What Our Customers Are Saying

Great Service!

Our propane stopped working while on a trip from Kansas City to Alaska. I stopped at Eastside and they were very helpful. A Tech even took time to help me make sure I did need a new regulator. We were able to make the repair and get back on the road. - Mark

  • Perfect For Us.

    2017 Vintage Cruiser 23RSS

Review Photo What I liked most: I like the vintage style, the red vinyl, and the knotty pine interior. I chose this model because of access to the bed on both sides, the dinette surrounded by windows, and a deep shower pan that won't leak on the floor when you bump the curtain. I also like that the toilet is not in the shower. My husband wanted 2 axels. We have the trailer 2 months and have camped 4 times. We're on a huge learning curve, but everything has worked perfectly. Our dealer, Big Country RV, Redmond, Oregon, checked everything out and gave us a walk through that was very helpful.

What I'd improve: The mattress is too hard to sleep on. We added a 3" foam pad, but it intrudes into the walking space around the end of the bed. It would be better if it had wood trim outside, instead of decals which were damaged in transport to the dealer. Also, we could also use a dealer in our area!

  • Poor Quality

    2017 Vintage Cruiser 23RSS

What I liked most: Within one week of purchasing this: The refrigerator wouldn't cool properly (needed repair). The AC unit wouldn't function properly (needed replacement). The hot water heater did not work (gas or electric) (currently being repaired). The battery fried due to a bad cell within first week of use (needed replacement). The dinette table stripped screws out completely every time it was raised or lowered (repaired once, didn't work, currently being replaced).

What I'd improve: Overall quality of the camper was poor. Looks nice, but it was put together fast and with zero attention to detail. I would not purchase again.
