We purchased a camper from a private party and were looking to get setup for the 4th of July. The service department was able to take time and go over the ins and out of my new to me camper and also install a solar charging system. I can’t Express how grateful I am and when it comes time… I will not shop anywhere else for our next camper!!! - Thomas

Horrible air conditioning. Poor quality
2018 Montana High Country 385BR
What I liked most: Love the floor plan. Perfect for us. However if you want to camp in any kind of warm weather forget it. Air conditioning in living area plain does not work. If 90 outside its 90 inside. Keystone tells you to camp under a tree!! Trim in bedroom and slides fell off. Ice maker still doesn’t work. Poor quality workmanship. Camping world holds unit hostage to repair if you can get in touch with them at all. Then charged us $$$$ for warranty work on a camper we’ve had 6 months!!! Don’t deal with Keystone or Camping World it’s not worth the hassle.
What I'd improve: Air conditioning unit in living area sucks. For a residential camper you cannot use it in summer months or be ready to sweat. Needs improvement by Keystone. Secure all trim better as it will just fall off. Can’t open side window in hall if door is open. Poor design. Keystone has to be more helpful other than getting away with saying it is what it is. Especially since campers are so $$$$. So disappointed.6 years ago | Rita M. from Woodbridge, VA
