Wherever you decide to camp in this rugged travel trailer, you can be sure to find fun and comfort! There are front bunk beds where you can rest up each night, a wet bath to clean up after kicking up some mud, and a rear dinette where you can dine together and even sleep more campers. You can prepare all your meals with the interior portable induction burner at the kitchenette, or use the pull-out outside kitchen with a Traeger pellet grill and integrated sink and faucet. There is also a refrigerator/freezer and a pantry to store drinks, snacks, and more!

The SGC's proprietary EXO construction features proprietary extrusions, 3M film, and rubberized lower protectant to guard against rock and debris when you're towing on the back roads. You will also appreciate zero wood construction for added protection, a BAL high clearance and independent suspension, and an UnHoly roof with minimal holes in the roof. There is an exterior power/charging receptacle, a 200W solar panel mounted to the roof rack, and a Redarc RedVision power management system to keep you going. Inside, you'll find metal and composite cabinets, deluxe comfort Teddy Bear bed mattresses and seat cushions, and LED lighting to name a few comforts!

What started out as an idea on a hunting trip in New Zealand in 2019, morphed into an overland truck camper for any truck, any garage, and any trail. With years of RV experience under their belts, Jason Bontrager, SGC’s co-founder & CEO, and Donavon Frederickson, SGC’s co-founder/original camper builder were heavily involved in off-road and RV products from early ages.
Jason grew up working at his family’s RV manufacturing company in Indiana and Donavon as a diesel mechanic and at his family’s RV dealership in Montana. On the trip, as they discussed their mutual distaste for quality issues that plagued the modern RV, born was the idea to create their small truck accessory.
Donavon built the first one (pictured here in his barn in 2019). In late 2019, Jason visited Donavon to check on his progress and found the design to be quite the marvel. In 2020, Jason brought the camper back to Indiana and began building the team to begin spinning up the company to make this one-of-a-kind product.
