You can call home wherever you decide to park in this bunkhouse unit. The front living room includes an L-shaped sofa and an entertainment center with an optional 48" fireplace. The full kitchen includes a four burner cooktop, refrigerator, and a bar top with two chairs. There is a spacious full bath where you can freshen up each day, and the closet just outside this room will be perfect for clean linens. A private bunkhouse includes two bunks, a shelf, and a closet for your guests' things, and you'll love the rear private bedroom that includes a queen bed. There is also a closet with drawers, an entertainment center with an optional 36" fireplace, and a half bath for added comfort!

 

With any Canadian Series park model by Kropf Industries, you will find durable construction that includes a fiberglass shingled roof, sidewall insulation, residential thermopane windows, plus a detachable hitch when you want to stay for a while. There is a residential refrigerator inside, along with wood blinds and a variety of optional upgrades to further customize your park model.

In 1946, Solomon Kropf launched a brand new business to sell mobile homes. By the 1960s, sales included high-end, custom mobile homes and modulars, which led to the establishment of Kropf’s first retail sale lot in Sarasota, Florida in 1964.
 
By the mid-1970s, in addition to mobile homes and RV sales, our Florida lot saw the introduction of the park model market. Soon enough we were manufacturing our own brand out of Goshen, Indiana.
 
Following Solomon Kropf’s 1976 retirement, sons Robert and Vernon became the new owners. While Vern oversaw the Florida location, Robert oversaw the manufacturing in Indiana and Robert’s son, Donald, and son-in-law, Curt Yoder, joined the manufacturing in Indiana.
 
Increased demands in the park model market prompted the suspension of mobile homes and modulars in the early 1980s. Even after a few years offering travel trailers and fifth wheels in our product line, the focus had completely shifted to park models.
During this season of growth, Robert served on the boards of Indiana Manufactured Housing Association, Recreational Vehicle Indiana Council, and even helped found Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association.
 
Kropf Manufacturing continued to grow into a family business, officially purchased by Donald Kropf and Curt Yoder in 1998 and given the new name of Kropf Industries. Donald’s son, Trevor, joined the company in 2010, making it a fourth-generation family business.
 
Through it all, Kropf has remained true to its founder’s motto of “If you do it, do it right. If your name is on it, make it right.” This proud tradition continues as Kropf is known as the “Emblem of Excellence” in the park model industry.
