ALiner Expedition A-frame Twin Bed highlights:

  • Convertible Twin Beds
  • Nightstand
  • Dinette Storage
  • Fan-Tastic Fan

You will have such a fun time exploring with this Expedition A-frame camper! The Fan-Tastic fan will keep a fresh breeze circulating through the interior, and the two skylights with shade will provide great illumination throughout the day. With its 40" x 80" dinette, you'll always have a place to sit down together and enjoy your breakfast that you prepared on the two-burner stove, and since the dinette can also be transformed into a bed, you can invite a friend or two to tag along.

Do you need more space for your family getaways, but you still want a lightweight camper that can be towed by most fuel-efficient vehicles? If so, check out the ALiner Expedition A-frame camper! As the largest ALiner model, the Expedition is ready to handle any adventure, and it offers you nearly double the living space and 30% more room for storage. With taller countertops and larger beds, you'll have the extra space you want for your family, and the Expedition also offers the highest-capacity chassis of all the other ALiner models. The 3,500-LB axle, electric brakes, breakaway switch, and 14" tires are great base features that allow you to travel easily, and the four stabilizer jacks keep your unit in place once you've set up camp.

ManuFacts

In the early 1970s, Ralph Tait had an idea. So he went into his garage in Bend, Oregon and began tinkering. Several weeks and a few blisters later, he emerged with a revolutionary design for the first A-frame pop-up camper.

It was sensible. It was different. And it was light enough to be towed with just about any vehicle. Friends wanted one. Family wanted one. Friends of family wanted one. As word of mouth spread, Ralph found himself making more campers out of his garage. That’s when Ralph’s sons had their own bright idea. Why not turn this hobby into a real business?

The family moved to Pennsylvania and began making Aliner campers. Two brothers would build one. The third brother would hitch it to the family station wagon and drive across the country until he sold it. When he returned, the brothers would have another Aliner waiting. After years of hard work and several hundred thousand miles on the poor station wagon, the family retired in 2007. Today we continue to build every Aliner with the same quality, craftsmanship and pride as Ralph and his sons did for over 30 years.
