One of the best parts about camping in a travel trailer its amazing versatility. No matter the need, there’s always something out there for you. And one of these common needs is a travel trailer with enough bunk beds to house a lot of people, which is what we will be covering today. Here’s our list of the top 5 best quality travel trailers with bunk beds:

What puts an RV on the list: We’ve taken our usual methods of picking the best of the bunch by taking a look at the travel trailer’s reviews and selecting newer models available. We’ve also made it more suitable for those looking for quality travel trailers with bunk beds by considering the camper’s length-to-bed count ratio and the number of bunkhouse floorplans that it has to offer.

No. of Floorplans Unloaded Weight Sleeps Length
44 4102-8590 lbs 3-10 23-37 feet

Why we recommend the Keystone Hideout travel trailer: The Hideout is nothing if not impressive, especially when it comes to having choices. Multiple bunkhouse floorplans means that you’ll find something you want in the Keystone’s collection. It goes up to a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 people along with a length that spans 37 feet, which is roomy enough for all of the campers. We recommend taking a look at the Hideout 212LHS and the Hideout 32BHTS.

The physical specs are not the only place where this one shines, though. You have a lot of the common amenities you’d expect along with a slew of other features that are great to have. Some of these include but are not limited to exterior speakers, fully walkable roof, chambered chassis and heavy duty stabilizer jacks. You can also upgrade this rig down the line by upgrading its existing installations or just adding new ones, making this a very all-rounded trailer and definitely a good quality travel trailer with bunk beds!

33 3170-9198 lbs 4-10 20-38 feet

Why we recommend Crossroads Zinger travel trailer: Crossroads is a company that we’ve associated with quality RVs for a long time, and the Zinger seems to be another addition. It also has a variety of different floorplans such as the Zinger ZR280BH and the Zinger ZR33SB which offer lots of possibilities and choices. Some of their floorplans are even under 5,000 pounds GVWR, making them easy to tow but if you’re looking for those in particular, check out our list of the top 5 travel trailers under 5,000 pounds in the link at the bottom.

Feature-wise, you’ll find the Zinger to be right on top, having a host of features ranging from premium residential furniture to sleeper sofa along with tons of room for storage. #3. Dutchmen Aspen Trail Travel Trailer

36 Ways To Show A Quality Travel Trailer!

No. of Floorplans Unloaded Weight Sleeps Length
36 3125-8126 lbs 3-10 21-39 feet

Why we recommend the Dutchmen Aspen Trail travel trailer: It’s no surprise why the Aspen Trail made this list if you’ve been keeping up with our top 5s. The Aspen Trail has it all, from its myriad of floorplans (some of which are light enough to be towable using large SUVs) to the physical specs.  This travel trailer has the ability to give you the RV lifestyle you’ve always seen and wished for in commercials. The Aspen Trail 2750BHS and the Aspen Trail 3650 BHS floorplans are especially good in this regard and have bunk beds.

Aspen Trail has a lot of features, as we would expect from a quality one. Starting off with storage we have hardwood radius overhead cabinets, a huge pass-through storage compartment and lots of underbed storage too. There’s style with its substance too, as it provides shower surround and skylight, high output furnace, an aerodynamic front profile for that sleek look and linoleum flooring that looks good and lasts long! You could also add other features to it with options such as an upgraded 15,000 BTU air conditioner.

#4. Palomino Puma Travel Trailer

43 Floorplans. Same Luxury!

View All Palomino Puma Travel Trailer Floorplans!

No. of Floorplans Unloaded Weight Sleeps Length
43 5322-8795 lbs 4-10 27-38 feet

Why we recommend the Palomino Puma travel trailer: The Puma has once again impressed us with just how versatile it is, and of course while you will need to tow it using heavier trucks due to its heavy GVWR, this is supplemented by its rigidity. Meaning you won’t have to give the kid gloves treatment to this camper when you’re out there. All you need is to pick one of 43 floorplans, some of which have bunkhouses such as the Puma 28FQDB and Puma 32RKTS, get your towing gear, and get out there!

Of course, we wouldn’t include the Palomino’s Puma if it didn’t offer features, but some of them are amazing given the price point, which obviously means you’ll be getting a good deal out of it. Some of the features are a 35,000 BTU furnace, high rise faucet, power awning, pass-thru storage, tinted safety glass and more. Of course, if these won’t cut it for you, there’s always a multitude of options to make it better later down the line. All in all, there’s no reason to not consider the Puma as a quality travel trailer with bunk beds!

#5. Dutchmen Coleman Lantern Series Travel Trailer

Cruising With The Family Made Easy!

View All Dutchmen Coleman Lantern Series Travel Trailer Floorplans!

No. of Floorplans Unloaded Weight Sleeps Length
33 4039-8421 lbs 4-9 22-37 feet

Why we recommend Dutchmen Coleman Lantern Series travel trailer:  Lantern series is one of Dutchmen’s line of travel trailers and a solidly built rig. Of course, it still has many happy campers already using it who can vouch for it. You might not find someone using the same floorplan you’re aiming to go for, as it has 33 of them but it will still be more or less the same, especially in terms of features. We were particularly impressed with the Coleman Lantern Series 215BH and the Coleman Lantern Series 337BHWE.

The Coleman Lantern series initially comes with the standard package which is basically the vanilla version of the travel trailer. You have an awning, 13,500 BTU air conditioner, tinted windows, interior power command center, bunk bed USB connections, bedroom TV hookups, bedroom USB connections and many others. While it has few standalone options, you also have other packages that, as the name suggests, is a package of features that improve existing features or adds new ones.
