While there are quite a few best awards for different kinds of RVs out there, there are many expansions, add-ons and upgrades to RVs that are often overlooked. Today, we’ll be discussing the best ones released in 2018 that are quite nifty to have or unique, at the very least. 1. V-Nose Cap
Apart from making your Forest River XLR Nitro model RVs look like an arrow, the V-nose cap’s true purpose is to improve your fuel efficiency. Now, your RV will travel more smoothly without shaking against the wind, and will improve the way you turn.

4. Unique Storage
Forest River found an innovative way to add storage in their Flagstaff travel trailers by making the seats of the dining table flip up. This will give you room to store card games, or other things that you’ll desperately want on your vacations.

5. Window Seat
This is a great feature we love! The window/day bench in the bedroom adds extra space to take a nap. You’ll enjoy being able to relax and cozy up with a blanket when it’s cold outside. The fireplace in this Jayco Pinnacle travel trailer adds to the warm aesthetic as well.

6. Rock Climbing Wall
Coachmen added a small, safe rock climbing wall to the bunkhouse area, adding a cute and fun feel to the RV that you’re kids will absolutely love.

The walk-in closet is an added bonus in some of the Grand Design RV units. It gives you a dedicated space to keep your clothing items organized and wrinkle-free, while also giving you a bit of privacy to change. 8. One Control System
The one control system is a smartphone app which can be used to control the lights in your RV, see the fuel in your holding tanks and many do/monitor many other things in your RV.

9. Walk in Utility Closet
This closet is completely separate from the rest of the unit and has its own door too.

10. Auto Leveling System
The system encompasses an integrated auto leveling system which levels your unit to keep it from moving it back and forth or shaking too much. This is a great feature, especially if you are someone who does not like their RV to be shaky in any way!

11. Pull Out Pantry
